The Leadership Journey offers exceptional learning opportunities that will help participants prepare for the next step in their career at CWT. The 18-month program is conducted with six top business schools from around the world.

Enriching exchanges with CWT peers from all corners of the globe, as well as action-oriented, practical assignments, enhance their learning experience and help participants create a valuable network.
